4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. vegetable flakes
1 sm. can tomato juice

Remove skin from chicken and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with vegetable flakes. Pour tomato juice over, cover and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 30 minutes.
