OLD DUTCH SAND COOKIES | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 3 sticks butter 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Sift flour and soda; add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and mix until smooth. Shape dough into rolls and refrigerate at least overnight. Slice 1/4 inch thick slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes do not allow to get too brown. |
