BARLEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. barley
Oil
2 cans onion soup
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. mushroom stems and pieces, with water
Parmesan cheese

Brown barley in small amount of oil. Add onion soup, water chestnuts and mushrooms with water. Mix and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. While still hot sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir in.
