SUGAR-FREE APPLE PIE 
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
6 c. apples
2/3 c. unsweetened apple juice (I use frozen)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (9 inch) unbaked double pie crust

Sprinkle flour over sliced apples and stir gently to combine. In saucepan combine apple juice concentrate, cornstarch, spices; stir until smooth. Place over medium heat; stir constantly until thickened. Pour over apples, mixing gently until all apples are coated. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Top with second crust. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 375 degrees. Bake 35-40 minutes.
