SUGAR-FREE APPLE PIE 
4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. (6 oz.) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pastry for 2 (9-inch) pie crusts
2 tbsp. butter

Combine apple concentrate, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over apples and toss. Line 9-inch pie pan with crust. Pour in apple mixture; dot with butter. Place top crust, sprinkle with cinnamon for added color. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
