1 box Duncan Hines pineapple cake mix
1 small box coconut pudding mix (not instant)
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can Mello Yello or Mountain Dew

Mix all together and bake in 3 layers or 9 x 13 sheet pan 30 minutes at 350°F.

Topping:

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut

Cook until thick. Cool completely and then spread on layers. This topping will be very thin.
