FROSTED LIME SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve lime Jello in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in celery, pineapple, cottage cheese and chopped walnuts. Pour into 8" square pan, chill until firm. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix well and spread over gelatin. Cut into squares and garnish with walnut halves or maraschino cherries.
