FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
3 (or more) fresh fruits (strawberries, peaches, etc.)
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla

Roll cookie dough out onto pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, cool. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla; spread over cookie crust.

Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Combine orange juice, lemon juice and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with water and add to juices. Then add another 1/2 cup sugar and cook until thick. Pour over fruit and chill at least 1 hour. Pretty and delicious. Serves 10-12.
