FRUIT CAKE RECIPE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 pt. chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1 oz. lemon flavor
1 c. flour to roll fruit and pecans in

Cream sugar, butter, and eggs, one at a time. Add flavor and flour, beat well and add nuts and fruits that have been rolled in flour. Pour in greased tube or loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. When I get fruit and pecans rolled in flour. I dump rest of flour in too.
