MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 sm. can cream corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all together, pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Top with 1 1/2 cups grated cheese. Then top with 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix which has been tossed in half stick melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
