MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 or 3 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 slices American cheese
3 slices white bread
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain well. Combine vegetables with soup and turn into a buttered 8 x 12 inch casserole. Cover with slices of cheese. Tear bread into small chunks and sprinkle over cheese. Drizzle melted butter over bread. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10 to 12.
