JODIE'S MISSISSIPPI INDO RIBS
Sorry in advance for the inaccurate measurements. Good Southern Cooks eyeball ingredients and rarely measure them!

some boneless ribs (pound or two)
some Coca Cola (cup or two)
favorite BBQ sauce (mine is Sweet Baby Ray's, a cup or so)
beer (about 1/4 or half a bottle)
a little chopped Vidalia onion (about half a cup)
dash of garlic powder
dash of Tony's creole seasoning (Original, not "More Spice")

Marinate in all the ingredients for a few hours if time permits. If not... just cook 'em up!

Put in a pan or dish that holds all this stuff well and bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

Toss ribs around in pan/dish then bake for another 30 minutes.

Voila! MISSISSIPPI INDO (indoor) RIBS

Bet this would be good - with a pork chop... or even a chicken breast. Love the combo. Gonna try it on rib first - then on chop. Thank you for posting!
