BAKED CORN 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cornmeal muffin mix
1/2 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese for topping

Mix all ingredients well, put in buttered dish. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
