BAKED INDIAN PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put milk in a saucepan and add cornmeal and salt. Cook for 15 minutes and remove from heat. Add syrup and sugar. Stir in cinnamon and butter. Put into a greased baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve warm or cold.
