MEATLESS CASSEROLE 
8 oz. macaroni
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
3 med. green peppers
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook macaroni according to directions; drain and rinse. Brown onion in butter. Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Add macaroni and salt; mix well. Continue simmering for 10 minutes. Arrange peppers (which have been quartered and parboiled) in buttered casserole. Fill casserole with macaroni and tomato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
