BEEF & CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
4 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. tomato juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/8 tsp. ground cloves (optional)
4 c. shredded cabbage (1 average head)

Brown meat; drain off fat. Mix onion, tomato sauce and juice, cloves and cinnamon together and add to cooked meat.

Make a bed of cabbage, using 1/2 of cabbage in a 2 quart casserole. Top with 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat the cabbage and meat again. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
