VEGETABLE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 or 3 carrots, sliced thin
1 or 2 onions, sliced thin
1/4 cabbage, chopped
2 or 3 sliced potatoes
1 can mushroom pieces

Pour into a greased casserole (9x13) in the order given. Top with cream of celery soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Top with sliced cheese for last 15 minutes. The meat, onions, and carrots can be cooked a little before adding the remaining ingredients.
