GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
7 oz. ground beef
4 sm. carrots, sliced
1/4 head shredded cabbage
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 can bean sprouts, drained (optional)

Cook beef in heavy skillet and drain off all fat. Combine beef and other ingredients and bake in oven until carrots and cabbage are tender about 1 hour at 350 degrees. This recipe serves 1 for dinner. Use any spices or herbs that you wish. Bay leaf, garlic powder, etc. Whatever you do, this casserole is really great.
