PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 c. chopped pepperoni
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. flour

Follow directions for defrosting and raising dough. After double in bulk, roll out in rectangle and cover with pepperoni and cheese. Roll up as for jelly roll (using flour to make workable) and then fold double and place in loaf pan. Let raise again and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
