GRILLED VEGETABLES 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. orange juice
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp. chili powder, or less, to taste
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 med. zucchini, quartered
2 lg. onions

In a large bowl, mix thoroughly: oil, orange juice, garlic and chili powder. Cut peppers and onions into large wedges; stir to coat well with marinade. Cover, let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.

Prepare grill outside or preheat broiler. Grill or broil vegetables 4-5 inches from heat about 5 minutes on each side, or until tender but crisp; turn several times during cooking and brush with marinade. Serve hot. Serves 6.
