MIXED VEGETABLE GRILL 
1/2" slices zucchini, onions, carrots, whole mushrooms, quartered red and green peppers

Put 1/2 to 1 cup oil together with some Worcestershire sauce and/or soy sauce, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Add vegetables, one kind at a time, and coat well. Place on outdoor grill (using special veggie rack), cook on both sides. Watch closely. Remove to platter and serve. May be broiled indoors, if preferred.
