GRILLED MIXED VEGETABLES 
2 med. zucchini, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
4 tsp. butter, melted
4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each thyme, rosemary, pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
Bread crumbs

Tear off four large squares of double thick foil and place 1/4 of vegetables in middle of each. Melt butter, add cheese and seasonings. Pour 1/4 of vegetables in middle of each package. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and seal foil edges tightly. Grill over medium hot coals about 15 minutes. Turn over and cook 20 minutes more or until soft.
