SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread (without crust)
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. ham or sausage
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. mustard
Dash of paprika
Dash of Tabasco

Arrange bread in 9 x 13 greased pan. Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, scalded milk, mustard and salt. Pour over bread. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in morning at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
