SCRAMBLE EGG CASSEROLE 
12 eggs
1 c. Canadian bacon
1/4 c. green onion (chopped)
1 c. mushrooms (drained)

Cheese Sauce (cooked) :
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
2 c. cheese

Beat eggs and cook until set in fry pan. Brown onions and diced bacon (ham) with 3 tablespoons butter. Add to eggs and chill 30 minutes. Combine ingredients and put in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 2 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs on top. Pour 4 tablespoons melted butter over crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be kept uncooked in refrigerator over overnight.
