APPLE CRISP 
3 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. dry (powdered) milk
1 c. quick oats
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix above ingredients together to make a dry mix. Cook apples in saucepan first until soft. Butter casserole dish, pour apples in and add topping and brown in oven until slightly warm.

Leftover topping can be refrigerated for short term use or left in freezer for extended use.
