TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup cans of water
1 lg. pkg. tater tots
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until done. Pour in casserole dish. Heat soup and water; pour over mixture. Place tater tots on top of mixture and top with cheese. Cover with foil and cook 50 minutes.
