VIRGINIA WILSON'S TATER TOT
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. instant rice, uncooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 grated carrot
Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
1 bag tater tots

Mix together milk and soup. Add remainder of ingredients except tater tots. In a 9x13 inch casserole, layer tater tots with beef mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
