UNSLOPPY JOES 
2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu thick and hearty spaghetti sauce
10 to 12 hoagie or club rolls

Place sausage, pepper, and onion in a Dutch oven. Cook over medium high heat until sausage is browned. Drain well and crumble. Add spaghetti sauce; simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

Cut thin slice off top of buns; set aside. Hollow out centers, leaving 1/2 inch thick shells. Replace roll tops and serve immediately.
