TURTLES CANDY 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 (5 oz.) pkg. pecan halves
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 inch sq. paraffin, grated (tablespoon if grated)

Melt together caramels, evaporated milk and butter in 1 quart casserole, 2-3 minutes.

Arrange pecan halves in clusters of 3 on greased cookie sheet. Spoon 1 tablespoon of caramel mixture over each group of pecans. Cool.

Place chocolate and paraffin in glass measure. Cook 3-4 minutes on High - Medium until melted, stirring halfway through cook time. Spoon over turtles to cover. Cool and remove from baking sheet.
