CRUSTLESS SPINACH QUICHE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 c. shredded cheese 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. sage 2 med. eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. milk Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain very well. In skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until translucent. Toss cheese, flour, and sage together on a piece of waxed paper. In a bowl combine eggs and milk. Add spinach, onions, and cheese mixture. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie or quiche pan or 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6. |
