GINGERSNAP BARS 
3/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients except the 2 tablespoons sugar together. Press in bottom of 10 x 15 inch pan that has been greased. Sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. Cut while warm.
