1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 pkg. Jello lemon instant pudding

Mix all ingredients with spoon. Beat 2 minutes with electric beater. Turn into a well greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. When cake is done, pour over the hot cake the following icing.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tsp. butter

Let cake cool in pan before removing.
