CHEDDAR-ONION CASSEROLE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Hellmann's or Best Foods Light Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. minced green onions
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in mayonnaise until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cheese and green onions; toss. In small bowl, beat milk and egg. Stir into cheese mixture just until moistened. Spoon into prepared casserole.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cut into wedges; serve immediately. Makes 1 loaf, 12 wedges.
