CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. can cream corn
8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
Swiss cheese

Start by putting melted butter in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Then add all ingredients one by one, stirring after each (except cheese). Top with grated Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
