ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
5 hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. cut asparagus, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
Grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter and flour over low heat. Then add 2 cups milk and stir in 1 cup cut asparagus. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

In a Pyrex baking dish, layer boiled eggs, sauce, and asparagus. Repeat until all is used. Top with grated cheese. When ready to serve, place under broiler until cheese melts.
