ASPARAGUS WITH HAM 
1 lb. cooked asparagus
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 lb. cooked ham, sliced thin
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. can red pimentos

Place a dab of mayonnaise on each asparagus stalk. Wrap a slice of ham (1 1/2 or 2 turns) around 1-3 asparagus stalks, depending on size. Sprinkle with chopped hard-boiled eggs and lay a strip of pimento on each. Serves 4-5.
