SWISS STEAK 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 c. minced green pepper

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle half the mixture on one side of the round steak and pound on it. Repeat for other side, cut meat. Cut meat into pieces.

Melt butter in skillet and brown round steak. Cover tightly and simmer 1 hour, add water in necessary. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
