TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) env. Casa Fiesta Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 c. water
1 med. head lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. coarsely crushed Casa Fiesta Taco Shells
2 med. tomatoes, cut into sm. wedges
1 sm. onion, diced
1 lg. avocado, diced
Casa Fiesta Taco Sauce

Brown ground beef in a frying pan. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix and water; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, 15-20 minutes until liquid is reduced, stirring occasionally.

In a salad bowl combine lettuce, cheese, crushed warmed shells and onion. Toss well. Top with meat mixture, tomato and avocado. Top salad with taco sauce.
