SMOKED PORK CHOP FRIED RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 scrambled eggs
1/2 sm. cabbage, shredded
1/2 sm. bunch celery, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions with top, chopped fine
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained, diced
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 lbs. smoked pork chops

Stir fry in 1/4 cup oil, cabbage, celery, onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bamboo, bean sprouts; add 1/2 cup soy sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes until not quite done.

Cube and brown pork in a little oil. Combine pork with rice, eggs, vegetable mixture and remaining soy sauce. Fry in 1 tablespoon oil for about 5 minutes. Divide mixture and fry in 2 skillets if large one not available. Serve hot.
