VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. California blend vegetables
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1 pkg. frozen onion rings

Cook vegetables as instructed. Drain and add butter; stir until melted. Put in a 9x13 pan. Cut up 1 pound Velveeta cheese into cubes and sprinkle over vegetables. Top with frozen onion rings. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
