CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tall can Pet milk, chilled
1/2 lb. graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1 can fruit cocktail
1 tbsp. vanilla

Dissolve lemon jello in hot water. Add lemon juice; cool. Cream the cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add the cream cheese mix to jello mixture. Fold in milk to jello cheese. Add fruit. Crunch crackers for crust. Chill 12 hours.
