NORWEGIAN NUTS | |
1 lb. mixed salted nuts 2 egg whites, beaten until foamy 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Coat nuts with egg whites. Pour cinnamon and sugar over nuts; mix well. Put on cookie sheet (greased well). Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn nuts over with turner and bake 5 minutes at 225 degrees. Cool and store. 1 pound nuts for approximately 15-20 people. |
