NORWEGIAN PIE 
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, flour and unbeaten egg. Mix until well blended. Add vanilla; mix and stir in nuts and apples. Pour into greased pie dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
