2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 northern pike
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, except fish. Add enough water to make stuffing pack easily. Stuff fish with dressing. Tie a string around fish to hold together. Bake about 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
