CRUNCHY CHOCO-PEANUT BUTTER BARS | |
3/4 c. honey 1 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. instant non-fat dry Milk granulates 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (6 oz.) 4 c. corn flakes 1 c. flaked coconut Combine honey and peanut butter in 2 quart glass mix-and-pour bowl. Microwave on high, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until peanut butter is melted. Add non-fat dry milk and chocolate pieces, stirring until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread mixture in greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Makes 36 bars, about 113 calories each. TIPS: One cup nut meats or raisins may be substituted for coconut. Mixture may be dropped by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. |
