CRUNCHY CHOCO-PEANUT BUTTER BARS
3/4 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. instant non-fat dry
Milk granulates
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (6 oz.)
4 c. corn flakes
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine honey and peanut butter in 2 quart glass mix-and-pour bowl. Microwave on high, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until peanut butter is melted. Add non-fat dry milk and chocolate pieces, stirring until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Spread mixture in greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Makes 36 bars, about 113 calories each.

TIPS: One cup nut meats or raisins may be substituted for coconut. Mixture may be dropped by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
