RHUBARB JAM 
3 c. cut up rhubarb
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Cut up rhubarb into 1/2-inch chunks. Cook with sugar until tender. Add 1 package of Jello and stir until cooled. Pack in jars or containers. Seat with wax or you can freeze and this freezes WELL !
