CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 2/3 c. crabmet (real or imitation)
1 c. chopped onions
Partially baked pie shell
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk or half and half
8 oz. white cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk; mix until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients, pour into pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand a few minutes to set. Creamy and delicious.
