CRAB LOG 
2 lg. cream cheese
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) shrimp
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crab meat
1 can ripe olives, chopped
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cream cheese until soft. Chop up shrimp and crab, but not too fine. Mix remaining ingredients. Roll out log and place in refrigerator until slightly hardened. Roll in parsley and nuts. Freezes well.
