GRANNY'S CHEESECAKE 
2 c. crushed graham crackers
3/8 c. melted butter

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix graham crackers and butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 13 x 10 x 2 inch metal pan. (It helps to use Granny's magic pan!)

Cream the cheese. Add eggs, one at a time while beating. Add the 1 cup of sugar, slowly while beating. Add vanilla and beat and beat and beat. Bake in 300 degree oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cake will just be turning golden brown and starting to crack. Mix topping and pour on baked cake. Bake another 5 minutes.
