HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drain & save juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Escort crackers

Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix sugar, flour, juice and half of butter. Mix with pineapple and cheese. Pour into baking dish, cover with crumbled crackers, drizzle other half of butter over top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
